I was torn between InMotion and Bluehost. After seeing that bluehost was too tricky in their pricing options, I decided on InMotion. So far, so good. They called to welcome me to the service and helped me get up and running fairly quickly. I decided to buy their Power Package ($8.95/mo) and seems to be a good fit for me. So far...I can recommend them.
We used to host w/ Godaddy. Their support is atrocious. Inmotionhosting is a breath of fresh air. I chatted with their live sales team before signing up. The operator was responsive and answered all of my questions. I then decided to sign up and it's been a great experience. I'll admit, it took me a little longer than normal to setup my email, but now that it is over I'm in good shape. Good work!!
I'll agree with what another reviewer said, if you have had a problem with InMotion, it likely that you won't be happy anywhere. I have been using these guys for over 4 years, and I have to say, I wouldn't use anyone else. I'm a web designer and developer, and my reputation, livelihood, and peace of mind depends a lot on the host I choose. InMotion has consistently provided me with excellent service, timely support, and all at no sacrifice to my wallet. The best thing I have experienced has been their ability and willingness to help me with very high level problems. I have had everything from shared hosting, to my own personal VPS with them, and they have helped me do things no other host has even tried to help me with. Even in the rare times that there is downtime, they scramble all their resources to get things back up promptly. Some of the other guys I've used have let servers sit down for days even weeks. Whatever your hosting needs, I cannot recommend anyone more than InMotion
Stop fooling around and switch to Inmotion! Trust me, they are the best in business if you require professional support team.
I really like the fact that they are really responsive on the telephone and are able to answer questions efficently.
