I had technical issues in the beginning, but that was resolved within 48 hours. but now both of my websites are not working and i can not get in touch with them on any of thier contact facility. looks like like they got the money and disappeared.

I subscribed to a hosting plan with zyma because it seemed like a good deal. After I logged in for the first time and saw all the features that were available from my cpanel I was amazed. Everything is completely customizable, but at the same time things are easy also for non-technical users. I also had the chance to interact with their customer service via tickets, and they have been very responsive and very helpful.

1. Website Speed: The data transfer speed from my Zyma hosted website is slightly less than from my another site hosted in hostgator. But it is not a big difference. Considering the price of both Hostgator and Zyma hosting I think this slightly slower speed is not a big deal. 2. Support: Support was just awesome. Whenever I have some technical problem I just go to the Zyma website and hit the live chat button. The staff at the live chat was very helpful. The only problem is that the live chat is not 24x7. They are available only for about 16 - 17 hours a day. I hope Zyma will add more staffs to make it a 24x7 live support. 3.Uptime: I rarely saw my website was down. I think they are giving 99% uptime. The only time my site went down was when they made some server upgrades. Conclusion: If you are looking for a webhost for your small business then Zyma is a perfect choice for you and I guarantee they will definitely worth your money.

It was by far the cheapest web hosting we could get, and have had no problems whatsoever with it. We keep uploadating the website, sometimes various times a day, and there has never been a problem. Account was up and running within minutes of requesting the URL.
