i was having a hard time accessing my site and all the support persons i talked to were very helpful and go beyond extra mile in helping me fix the problem. they were quick and so professional. im so impressed! i never regret choosing webhostingpad for my webhost and my service is up for two years but as early as now ive already decided to be a loyal customer of webhostingpad. Worst expeirence ever

Beware. The worst customer service I have ever experience. I requested to cancel. They billed me for the upcoming year and then cancelled. They wouldn't credit me and when I asked to at least use the service I paid for they charged me $20 more to re-instate.

Our website was originally set up for our non-profit organization on a different host by another administrator in his organization's name. We decided to transfer ownership to our organization, and as this was my first time to change registration, host, and administrator, I had a number of questions, all immediately answered by the phone and email support. The support folks also quickly dealt with a minor technical glitch in the transfer. I am very pleased and impressed by the support, especially compared to the slow to non-existent response of the technical support for the Plone site I also manage which charges us 10 times what Webhostingpad does.

Quality User-friendliness
While I generally am happy with the services and have no issues with uptime etc, I wish to forewarn potential clients thaty our account settings may change. I keep losing my SSH option on regular basis, and it costs me time wasted on needless calls. BTW, your 1-877 number results in "call cannot be completed as dialed". Support guys respond within minutes, kudos. All I wish for is to not having to contact them.
