I was a sceptic when i signed up, considering the low price, but I've had a pleasant experience. The cpanel software is great and the support surprisingly helpful. I would definitely recommend this for people who wants a great hosting and doesn't want to shell out a mint. Some previous tech experience may be necessary but not necessary.

Quality User-friendliness
I had a few sites with this hosting. Their customer service was unreliable. I had a site with them for 2 years and they canceled it without any notification. I reinstated it online and paid for it by credit card. Then they did not make it work and asked random fees to reinstate it. At first, it was fixable but when i called to ask why they could not fix it, they said it would cost $180 to fix it . After an hour later when i called they said it would cost $250 and that the price went up. I talked to a rep named Jonathon hang up on me when i asked to be transferred to a supervisor and stated he was the only one there. After that i talked to someone else and he said there is 15 people there. In the end very unprofessional customer service and frustrating! There is defiantly better webhosting out there ...!!!

I have been with a few other web hosting companies but none of them have been as good as Web Hosting Pad. They have good prices and the costumer service is excellent. I have had my database gone down and been unable to login ones, but when I send an email to the great support staff all issues were soleved within an hour. Really pleased with Web Hosting Pad tech support.
