I have been in IT management and web development since 1996 and now have a small business. Last summer our server crashed and we don't do a ton of online sales, but it is a needed tool. Rather then buy a server, rack space and bandwidth I deiced to use a hosting service (which I have not since 1999). At first glance it looked complicated and over loaded. I easily picked out what I needed, and for what I didn't "get" right away support got back to me within hours. I haven't used them long, but so far, so good.

I just signed up and am getting up and going. So far I've been very impressed with the support staff. They've been very helpful and pleasant, very much unlike the support staff at the provider I left. I can't comment on some of the attributes as I haven't gone live yet.
