Vilayer, (Vilayer.com) sells you dedicated servers resold from OVH, Kimsufi or Hetzner. They don't give you good support, I went asking to get help with installing FTP, they told me to figure it out myself. I asked them to give me a refund because your server was not located in Amsterdam as they said it would be upon purchase. When I told them I'd give a bad review, they shut down our server without any warnings or chances to get any of our files off the server. They blocked our account from their website so I can't open a support ticked. The only way to contact them now is by email and live support, from which I'm not getting any help at all at this point.

I don't recommend this web host!
