JustHost is listed as a top host. I don't know who determines that but I fell for it and was greatly disappointed. Their support doesn't seem to understand English even when it's written. I tell them what the problem is (and there were several problems) and their answer has nothing to do with the question. Everytime. Until I asked for a supervisor. They're down more often then other hosts I've used. And waiting for phone support, well I could fly to wherever they are faster. Stay away from this bunch.

I never even got to the stage of being hosted by Just Host (thank goodness). By the time I had spent an entire afternoon trying to get a refund for two services they billed me for which I had turned down, I had a gutsfull and cancelled. Customer service ranks about minus 10 with this crowd and competence about minus 5. I shudder to think what might happen in their hosting arrangements. I eventually got my money back unlike some I have heard of, but it took the better part of a week. Funny how it only took minutes for them to take it off me, though.

This is a cheap web hosting company. I recomend it for ht price, software, space, customer and tehnical support. To let your site to apear on search engines you must contact them...becouse they NOT allow to google BOT to crawl your site. They will make you an offer (to make 47$ for submission). Tell them you refuse and to give acces to search engines to crawl you site, because THIS IS NOT mentioned in TOS. PS: Excuse my english For me works like charm. You can host FREE unlimited number of domains.

My site has been suspended twice now, without them contacting me before hand to resolve. The first time, apparently somebody snatched my ip address and was using it fraudulently. With Just Host, you are not able to speak with actual customer service EVER. You can only email them, and in my case it took them over 48hrs to have my site back up. I let it slide the 1st time, but it has happened again! Account suspended without warning. I emailed customer service right away this time and got this reply: Thank you for contacting the JustHost.com billing department, your ticket number is: ****602 To help us answer your question as quickly as possible, it would be very useful if you could reply to this email with the following: - Your Order ID - Your domain name - The payment method (IE paypal or card) and currency, if you paid by card please provide us with the last 4 digits on the card and if you paid by PayPal your PayPal email address is required. Although Just Host offer 24/7 technical support its worth noting that billing support may take longer, so please allow up to 48 hours for a reply. Run away as fast as you can from Just host. They have to be worst customer service ever!.. you CANNOT talk to someone in billing ever, you must send them an email... you can only talk to Sales, and thats all they can do ,is sell you the package, but not help you with anything else
