Been over a month with them. From the beginning when I use the website for few minutes, everything stops working. I tell them and they say everything is good from their part. I used to phone my Isp everyday but they couldn't figure out why I couln't see only 1 website randonly everyday. Then I found out that if I use vpn it worked for another few minutes and it would be gone again. So it really wasn't the Isp's fault but iwebhost's. They never told me that they are blocking my ip in the many tickets I opened. Then after about a month I find my website suspended and it was paid for another 10 days. But I paid for another month, thinking maybe they needed the payment early. But it remained suspended. When contacted them they said I am using too much cpu. (site was being viewed only by, was not ready yet). They told me I needed to upgrade, as my current plan was now closed and replaced but different one that was much more expensive with less features. I paid the difference. After 2 days my website went offline. Told them and they told me they had to make me new account because had trouble in Germany. Then they sent me account info. No hurry to send account info. But the problem is that they transfered everything to the new account and everything was outdated. The work I done the last days was missing and site was giving errors. Asked them about the errors and they told me search on google. I found out that they did not make the transfer right and used a very old backup. After opening a dispute with Paypal and they updated the new account, so I closed the dispute. Now from yesterday when using the site, the site is gone, ip blocking again. I have requested a refund and transfered the site. I was with many hostings and never found this problems. Sorry for making this long but I want everyone to know the reason for my review. They have called me fraud but I think they are wrong again.

Its more than 4 months since I have chose IWebHostU and I thought I should finally write a review and share what I feel about them with everyone. I have been with IWebHostU for more than 6 months now, I am using offshore reseller hosting plan in IWebHostU and I am glad I chose them. Their customer support seems to the best so far, I never encountered any trouble with them and they always answer quickly, you can verify it yourself by checking their website now. Just by paying a little extra amount you can get unlimited data transfer which costs a lot in other hosting companies, you can check their hosting plans and prices in their website when you click on a plan. I recommend them to everyone planing to buy reseller hosting plan.
