IPage treats their clients well. There are many companies that just take your money and then treat you like crap because you just signed up for a 2 year contract. But not at iPage, maybe it's due to the fact that they have an anytime money back guarantee. I have had excellent tech support with them from the beginning. My only wish I could get the same service from my cell phone provider! I've told lot's of people about iPage. Many of them have already signed up and are just as satisfied as I am. Ipage is definitely a good choice.

Many of us know that the companies that stand out in our minds are the ones that we having problems with. And it's not the problem that defines the memory we hold of that company, but the way in which the problem was resolved. iPage stands out in my mind for having excellent customer service!! By mistake, my credit card got charged twice for my hosting package. When I realized this I called customer service and they took care of it immediately and were very friendly and apologetic. Then in a couple of days I received a card in the mail again apologizing for the incident. It just proved me that with iPage I am more than just a number. They know customers are the ones paying the bills and if they don't keep their customers satisfied they won't have any business. I really like that about this company. They are also a Green Hosting company, which makes me feel like I'm doing my part to give back, if only in a small way.
