I was away from the email address I gave them, so when renewal was due, they called me on the phone ( a real person) and asked for a return call. When I called them I talked to a very helpful person directly without and long key sequences on the phone or long waits. Wonderful service.

I am from Greece. My site runs extremely fast on IMH VPS. I run Drupal, phpBB, a couple of custom PHP/MySQL applications (drag racing races information and statistics) and everything works like if it were locally installed. Support is the best!
