I will not recommend InMotion Hosting for any one serious about their business. This is our third year with them, they host for us five websites and although at the beginning we were happy with their hosting, their services has been getting worse and worse every month, for the last six month our sites has been down several times, the latest time they were down for almost 14 hours, not good for business, is it?. The loading speed also has been getting worse, so we think they are over selling and provably sharing each server with thousand of websites. So you are paying extra money for a business hosting expecting better service than the average and what you get with InMotion is a cheap and poor sharing hosting service. Certainly we are looking for a more reliable company.

I switched my web hosting to InMotion hosting about 2 years ago (business class hosting), and I'm really glad that I made the switch. InMotion web hosting is much faster and stable than my previous web hosting service. Also InMotion Hosting offers great backend tools, again very fast , and powerful. Even better their online tech support is great. I have chatted online with them for a few times, the responses are fast and to the point, and there is virtually no waiting time. I did notice a few times that there are mysql errors that blocks my site from showing, but that seems to disappear quickly. I asked InMotion tech support and I was told that there might be too many mysql connections, Since it is shared hosting, I assume that maybe some other sites opened too many Mysql connections.
I recommend this web host!

In a business famous for hidden costs and "bait and switch" scams, In Motion is the cleanest up front company out there. If you want to spend your days problem solving hosting issues and saving a couple of dollars, then go ahead and find someone else. If you want to focus on your business with no issues or headaches, then In Motion is your best choice.
