In the beginning the service was good but within the last couple of months my website has been down EVERY day. When I called support I got the same answer every day, they are working on it and it will hopefully be solved within 40 minutes. The next day when I complain again they would have no records that I ever called and no records that there was ever a problem with the server. When running an E-commerce website it's tough to keep customers happy if your server is always down. Good luck with this company.

We are running our Online Shop qacaq.com for almost a year now at hostmonster.com. We are very pleased with them. The speed is great (could be better though). The space is good but they only have a 50k file limit. I read they will violate the T&C if you go over it. For the low price that they offer its forgivable. Uptime is excellent. Even though, we do not have much comparison with the other providers, I can definitely recommend them as a provider for your choice. I would unhappily use them again. If you don't know which host to choose for your Online Store, Hostmonster is a great choice. You only have to add some money for the dedicated IP address and the SSL certificate, which can only be ordered together. Two thumbs up!
