Horrible Experience All Around
Hands-down, the WORST experience I've ever had with ANY company. After having a domain registered with Hostly for a year, I received an e-mail saying the account would autorenew in two weeks. I then spent TWO WEEKS trying to contact them in vain. Finally, after e-mailing their legal department, I received an (unhelpful) response. I then figured out how to cancel the account through their horribly unfriendly support website, and received a confirmation e-mail that the account had been canceled and would not be autorenewed. Well, surprise surprise...the autorenewal went through and my credit card was charged. Multiple e-mails and twenty minutes on hold later, I was told that a) I had canceled the "service" portion of my account, not the "domain" portion, and b) they couldn't assist me over the phone, I had to log into my account. All in all, a HORRIBLE experience trying to deal with this company.
I don't recommend this web host!
