Been with HostAVPS.com for about 1.5 years now and they are still just as great as the first month I was hosted there. Server uptime and support is the best of all the many companies I have tried. Server only went down once in the entire time I have been here for a hardware upgrade and as for support, tickets are usualy answered in less the 20 minutes. I really have nothing to complain about, and thats surprising as I have been known to not be the easiest customer to please :/ Never the less, these guys are on top of their game and obviously consistent too as nothing has changed in the 1.5 years. Keep it up HostAVPS!

I was asked to put an honest review here so that is what I am doing. Been with HostAVPS for about 7 months now. Support is indeed very fast, usually get a response in 10-15 minutes with a resolution. There was some uptime issues months ago when they started out but they have fixed everything. Site hasnt been down once in about 3 months. Site loads fast and I dont even pay all the much so I am pretty happy overall.

The technical support staff responds very quickly and more intuitive matters are answered by Ryan and Doug within a few hours. I have been with them since they have opened about 8 months ago. They took their time opening their doors and it paid off, never been with a better vps company till now (knock on wood). Support responses are minutes, which is great in the event there is an emergency. Site has been down twice now, and both have been short scheduled maintenance's. Their servers are great too, site loads fast. I really have no major complaints, they just do what they advertise which is nice :)
