Host Media UK was formed in November 2008 by AeonCube Networks. After the very successful RelicHost project we decided to jump back into the hosting league at a new angle. With our new range server resources we wanted to provide heavy media and application based hosting that will not fail under the stress. We continue to use our rule on overselling, we do not do it and will sell what we have so you know when you order your hosting plan that hosting space is dedicated to you not anyone else. Being part of the AeonCube Networks gives us an unlimited number of resources in design, development, server management and even personel.

I've been using Host Media UK to host a range of custom applications for several months. During my experience, the reliability of the hosting service has been exceptional. I've not had any significant downtime for my applications, and in the one occasion I remember, the team at Host Media UK worked tirelessly to resolve it quickly. But above and beyond this, I've been most impressed with the customer support. During the setup of my first application, the support staff was ridiculously responsive to help me get the environment configured correctly in order for my application to work. They even made tweaks to some of their existing services (Verity searching) to accommodate what I needed for my application. I could not be happier with my experience, and have recommended them to several of my colleagues.

Short and sweet; HostMediaUK are amazing. In my research they were the first to offer ColdFusion 9 hosting services mainstream, and then they went the extra mile and offered a free service with a £1 set up fee. In the beginning I had trouble with their registrar, I sent a support ticket and it was answered within hours. I have filed 3 support tickets in total, and all have been answered well within 24 hours, with polite friendly reponses. You gain a lot of freedom and while their knowledgebase is scant at the moment, I'm sure it'll expand soon enough. They're on par with the people I attended my work experience with, and I would happily recommend both of them to anyone. I hope to grow alongside HostMediaUK, with their great service and friendly attitude.

I just signed up for hosting with Host Media UK and so far everything is great. Using cPanel on Linux with ColdFusion and uptime so far is great. If you need a host this is the way to go.
