Being from Europe (England) I was slightly sceptical of going with a firm from the USA due to the Time difference and the fact that they were in another country. My concerns soon vanished once I signed up. The initial setup process was lighting fast and very easy; they even sorted out my domain name. Most of all the prices were unbelievably cheap. I have posed several questions over the last few months, some relevant to the service but mostly me just asking for advice outside what they are remitted to provide. All questions have been professionally answered (in quick time) with a personal touch, nurturing me through until I was completely happy, and as I said most of the questions were down to my lack of knowledge and nothing to do with their great service. To summarise, Host All States are indeed the Ultimate Web Hosting Solution; they are reliable, professional and their customer support is one of the best I have experienced, I will definitely be renewing my deal when the time comes and I highly recommend them to you, regardless of your ability.
