I moved my web site from a local provider to GreenGeeks after being recommended by a friend of their services. I had no clue on how to move my web site from one host to another, but that was okay because GreenGeeks offered a free site migration, which was very painless. Within 24 hours, my site was moved from my previous provider and I was on my way to a better hosting relationship. The staff, from my experience has been a pleasant one. They always answer my questions, calls are answered quickly, live chat is always available and technical tickets are answered thoroughly. Thank you to Josh, Jeff and Chris for their hard work with some of my outrageous requests for help!

I came to GreenGeeks after a terrible experience with a so called industry leader. I was so glad to find GreenGeeks. Not having moved a site anywhere before, I was worried, but GreenGeeks told me that they could move my site for me and they did! It's also important to note that when I call technical support, I am speaking to someone that can really speak English! It makes a world of a difference! Them being green also makes a big difference! These guys are a class-act and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a web hosting provider, that's affordable, green and reliable!

I moved to Green Geeks as I believed I was getting quality, support and service. Instead their prices were expensive, there was no quality as they put me on a shitty overloaded server that crashed all the time. Their support was horrible. Every problem was escalated to level 3 and took a long time to fix. Telephone support was also very bad. Their Service was slow, and they failed to respond to emails. I contacted even the owner Trey who also declined to respond. This company are on the green band wagon but do not follow up with excellent customer service, products and reliable hosting....

I had very bad experience with GreeGeeks.com I registered through online and asked to confirm through phone after 9AM I called around 9.15AM I got trapped in music for 25 minutes without any customer service. Strange thing is that my priority is ascending 2nd in line to 3rd in line from 2 minutes to 5 minutes. I went to Chat service I was chatting with a CS with name George. He was very rude and pushy, I asked him just cancel my order. He is trying to sell. This was the litmus test for any hosting company who claim to be top hosting company. Beware of this kind Customer Service.
