FatCow was extremely helpful. The representative Luke helped my husband set up his fatcow account (eaglemetric.com) earlier in the year. My husband was so happy him, so he made sure i talked to Luke again for my own website (taffyfin.com). We hope his supervisor will see this review and how impressed we were with Luke. Another thing i can think of for improvement is the time when i 1st called and tried to get connected to Luke w/o having his extension, it was difficult to bypass the representative who took my call. He wanted to handle my business and ended up taking me down a wrong path of sorts until i had to find Luke's number and have him sort everything out. Thank you, we love fatcow!

FatCow does a great job at hosting and communicating with their customers. If there is going to be an outage or some kind of issue they message you so that you are always aware of the situation. And when I call in with a problem the representatives are always very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm thankful to not get the run around like some other companies might do.
