FatCow is an excellent and affordable webhost. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to host or park multiple domains. Their support is superb. They respond very quickly to queries. They are also very responsive to your feedback and don't bullshit you, unlike other companies I have encountered. Their control panel is very user friendly and easy to navigate and use. You don't need to be a genius to figure things out. In short, FatCow is a really good webhost and definitely worth every cent.

Software Traffic Reliability & Uptime Space Price Quality User-friendliness
I switched to FatCow on Sept. 2009, after having tried two other (local) hosting companies, one year each, with pretty dismal results (due to uptime & customer support). FatCow has worked far better for me these two years (I haven’t changed companies and am planning to renew once more) than my former hosting services. The control panel is very easy to use and the uptime pretty flawless as far as I can tell. I am particularly satisfied with their online customer/technical support (via online chat); they've been extremely helpful on the rare occassions I have needed their help and the people there actually know what their company offers and what they're doing (one could argue that's a 'must', but sadly, I've realized it isn't always so). The one thing I find somewhat lacking are the e-mail features and customization options. Other than that, I strongly recommend their service!
