This is the worst host i have ever used. Besides the complete lack of support, the excessive downtime and the flat out refusal to cancel my service pushed me to not only find a new host, but also to alert as many people as possible to this shoddy scam of a service provider. They take your money, promise everything you want, then fail to deliver.

I do not know for sure, but tech support must be rushed by management and not given adequate tools to do their job. What indicates this to me? After nearly three months, the VPS was still not set up properly for my use. The tech team is reasonably quick to answer my ticket posts, sometimes immediately, but generally within 4 hours. But often they did not understand what my current issue is. In one of the instances, they were not able to reproduce my Remote Desktop problem on their computers. They lacked any means to log into my computer and see the problem from my end. Management must grade them by how many tickets they close because they could not take time to check their installation of Website Panel. Website Panel continued to show errors and not connect with the VPS after several cycles of their declaring the problem solved, and my pointing out that there were still problems. There was a lack of continuity because each time a different tech team member would answer my post. I could see that one member had no idea of the previous member's reason for asking me a question. In general the team members seem competent. They know system administration. There seemed to be no individual that was a problem. The problem seemed to be the Mochahost SYSTEM of Tech Support. In the end, I canceled because nearly three months had passed from my signup. I still did not have a VPS that was ready for me to develop websites. I think that the Billing department will provide me a fair pro-rated refund of the unused VPS subscription. I give Mochahost credit for their cancellation process. It is easy to find and use. And there is space to give feedback why the customer is cancelling. Therefore, sometime in the future Mochahost may offer better service. However, I have chosen not to wait and instead plan to try another VPS provider.

Once I wanted to stop their hosting my website, they didn't release my domain. They said "Oops" we forgot to renew your domain 3 months ago. Now it is gone.

You cannot call them. This is one big warning sign for you. If you request they call you, you might have to wait a long time if they even call you back. 6. NOT FRIENDLY customer tech support. They are only friendly before you sign up. 7. Mochahost DOES NOT ADMIT FAULT. No matter how you prove there is a problem with the server, they will try their best to tell you nothing is wrong. Perhaps this is their way to avoid any lawsuit or compensation for server down time and problems. They will find ways to blame your codes or anything possible so that they can avoid the responsibility. When you prove it to them, they will still not admit error, then tell you they cannot help you and ask you to write a support ticket. Complaints to Mochahost.com will only make them suspend your account which they will make up a reason. If you want an honest webhost, this isn't it. In fact, this is one of the least honest host and the worst web hosting company we have dealt with in the past 10 years. 8. Their SERVERS ARE NOT STABLE. The server has stalling issues or downtime about one time every two weeks on average. 9. Mochahost just DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS. If you want to try them out, sign up for a short time period and you'll know exactly why Mochahost gets the most complaints of all web hosting companies. 10. CHECK THE BBB (Better Business Bureau Email: info@bbbsilicon.org) to read their negative web hosting reviews and also make a complaint against Mochahost. They have plenty of complaints.
