Worst Experience Ever

Recently I had two major issues with my emails, after opening a brand new account with Arvixe, and it took over 32 hours for the tech support to even get back to me. I did loose 5 days of business and the only compensation i was given was " we are really sorry for the inconvenience" and a $10.00 credit for the next month. Not even close of the hundreds of dollars i did not make all this time. But when i thought i would put this in the past and move forward, it happened again and the situation got worst. great product yes, but horrible and useless tech support.
I don't recommend this web host!

The ping could be better sometime but I am in Europe so it could be the line from Europe to USA that is the bug. The best part is that staff, I take for granted that the service must work, but good support is heard to find. I found it at Arvixe
